¼ cup of coconut sugar (half on top and half in the bread)
¼ cup of honey in the batter
3 bananas mushed
½ banana chopped
½ cup pumpkin seeds + sunflower seed mix
⅓ cup minced dried apricot (for b12) or substitute with raisins
½ cup of coconut oil (melted)
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips (optional)
BOWL 2
1 ½ cups of flour (ideally oat)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix ingredients together in Bowl 1 (use large bowl).
Mix ingredients together in Bowl 2.
Add mixture from Bowl 2 into Bowl 1.
Pour in bread pan lined with parchment paper and bake 325 degrees at 40 minutes.
