Perfect Crispy Fried Tofu

INGREDIENTS
1 block firm or extra-firm tofu
1 block super firm tofu (or pressed extra firm)
4-6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Shred your block of tofu with a cheese grater.
NOTE: For easier shredding, dry off tofu and place in freezer for 30 minutes first.Mix together with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Add to a parchment to large lined baking tray. Then, add and level the tofu shreds out onto the sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool 10 minutess.
Roll up the tofu sheet and thinly slice across into fine pieces.
Serve with sandwiches, salads, or whatever you’d like. Enjoy, my friends!
