1⁄4 cup flax seed oil
1 banana
1 small apple
1⁄2 cup pea flowers
1⁄4 cup spirulina
2 cups frozen berries (or 1 cup of fresh berries and 1 cup of ice)
1 cups water (approximately)

Add all ingredients to blender except water.
Add water to reach 4 cups total.
Blend.
