1 red pepper
2 regular (15.5 ounce) cans of chickpeas OR 1 large (29 ounce can) of chickpeas
2 tablespoons of cumin
1 tablespoon of garlic powder OR a garlic clove
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup of tahini
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Slice red pepper in large pieces and broil (2-3 minutes).
Combine and blend all ingredients until smooth.
